RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Overload Casino takes responsible gaming seriously. We know that for most players, playing at an online casino is a fun experience, but online gambling can stop becoming fun for some players.

While our staff are trained to look out for players showing signs of problem or reckless gambling, we ask all our players to read this policy. You can always contact our support team to learn more or if you think you or someone you know needs help.

NO UNDER 18s

Only players aged 18 or over can play at Overload Casino. We strictly enforce this with identification and verification checks. We reserve the right to ask for identity verification at any time.

Underage players at Overload Casino will have any wagers become null and void and any winnings forfeited. We reserve the right to take other legal action.

We support parents and guardians in preventing minors from accessing Overload Casino. If you are worried a minor is accessing our site, please contact the support team at [email protected], and we will take action.

Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol are recommended as respected internet filtering software programs that can control and prevent access to materials unsuitable for minors, including gambling sites.

In addition, take these simple steps to prevent those under 18 from using your account:

  • Don't leave your device unattended if you are logged in to any gambling site
  • Password protect your device and keep your logins secret
  • Keep payment details and cards away from minors

SETTING LIMITS

Overload Casino has tools to help players only spend limited time and money. Please read below for the limits we offer, and contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions.

A. Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you can deposit over a set period. Once the limit has been reached, you won't be able to make further deposits until the limit resets.

For example, you set a weekly deposit limit on Monday of €100. You then deposit €50 on Monday and €50 on Tuesday. Those deposits add up to €100, so you will not be able to make further deposits until your limit resets the following Monday.

To set a deposit limit, login to your account and find the Sensible Play Settings under My Profile.

B. Session Limits

Choose how long you spend at our casino. Set daily, weekly, and monthly session limits. When you hit your limit, you won't be able to play until your limit resets.

For example, you set a monthly limit of 24 hours of playing time. If you play for two hours a day for 12 days, you won't be able to play anymore after that until your monthly limit resets.

Find the Sensible Play Settings under My Profile.

Limit duration

Limits are not forever. You can decrease or increase them yourself.

Requests to decrease your limits are acted upon immediately. Players wanting to increase limits must wait 24 hours before the new limits come into effect.

Edit Sensible Play Settings under My Profile.

Limit restrictions

The limits you put into place will be active at Overload Casino across all devices by which Infiniza Limited provides its services to you.

But please note that limits at Overload Casino won't be active at any sister brand of ours at which you have an account. Our support team can set up limits across multiple brands when you ask them by email or live chat.

Reality Check

The reality check pop-up interrupts your play by alerting you at certain time intervals. It says how long you have played, plus your total winnings and losses during the session. You are required to confirm that you have read the message. You can then end your game session or return to the game.

Temporary Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, you can self-exclude from Overload Casino for a certain period or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to play any games at our casino, and we will not send you any marketing materials. You will still be able to login to withdraw any funds.

To self-exclude, click here or go to the My Profile in your account and go to the Self-Exclusion section. You can also set up a self-exclusion by emailing or contacting us on live chat.

You can increase existing self-exclusion periods by contacting our support team. A request to increase self-exclusion is implemented immediately.

Requests to decrease a period of self-exclusion are activated 24 hours after they have been requested. Notices requesting the removal of indefinite self-exclusion periods take seven (7) days before they become active.

These gaps are 'cooling off' periods and allow you to reconsider whether you want to start playing again. You may contact us anytime to cancel requests to start playing again.

Permanent Self-Exclusion/Account Closure

Any player can request us to permanently close their Overload Casino account by talking to our support team via chat or email. This decision cannot be reversed, and we ask that you withdraw any remaining funds before taking this action.

If you have accounts at any of our sister brands, we recommend you let our support team know, and they can close these for you too. Likewise, we advise you to close any other gambling accounts you hold with other operators. And remove yourself from any environment in which gambling is promoted (for example, following gambling brands on social media).

Help and Support

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, take the Gamblers Anonymous Questionnaire here and follow their advice on completion.

Below are two entirely independent organisations specialising in tackling problem gambling and offering support. Please note that these are in English, so we recommend searching for your country's equivalents if you are not confident in English.
